Seashore’s innovative early childhood program at Mission Viejo blends the essentials of early education with a vibrant learn-through-play approach. Our method focuses on pre-academic learning within engaging, interactive environments where imagination and hands-on activities take center stage.

Our outdoor academic program encourages an active and healthy lifestyle. Children benefit from fresh air, natural light, and exposure to sunlight, which promotes vitamin D synthesis.

We only offer Mondays and Fridays at this time.

Cooperative Maintenance Fees are based on number of days/week and cover the cost of insurance, lead teachers, administrative support, and facilities.

Seashore’s Early Childhood Education Program is a Cooperative and does not charge tuition.

Parents are assigned volunteer duties on a rotating basis. Parents may opt out of a shift and/or opt to volunteer for additional shifts as desired. All volunteers must be fingerprinted and background checked.

Payment Options:
Plan B – Two installments: 70% upon enrollment, 30% three months later
Plan C – Monthly installments: Upon enrollment through December 1st
Plan D – Payment in full upon enrollment

Note: There will be a $75 service fee applied per student per academic year for Plans A,B, & C payment plan.
All coop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exceptions.

Classroom Hours: 9:15AM – 1:15PM

Application Fee (Year 2024-2025):
ECE – a one-time non-refundable $175 application fee per student

Enrollment Fee (Year 2024-2025):
ECE – a non-refundable $495 per student

Sibling Discount
5% off coop fees for 2nd child, and 10% off coop fees for 3rd+ child. Discount(s) apply to the least expensive plan(s).

Daily Drop In Fee: $90

Daily Extended Day Fee (1.5 hours: 1:15 – 2:45 PM) (Year 2024-2025):
ECE – $16 fee per student

Seashore’s outdoor early childhood education program may also incorporate elements of traditional indoor classrooms, especially during rainy or hot weather conditions. Seashore’s outdoor academic early childhood program offers a unique and holistic approach to early childhood education, combining academic learning with nature-based experiences to foster children’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
